Exchange & Returns<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Your consumer rights for returning goods falls under the\u00a0Consumer Rights Act<\/a>\u00a0(which replaced the\u00a0Sale of Goods Act<\/a>\u00a0in October 2015).<\/p>\n

The Consumer Rights Act gives you the\u00a0statutory right<\/a>\u00a0to return something and\u00a0get your money back<\/a>\u00a0if it’s faulty.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>30 Days To Return<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty goods within 30 days of receiving it.<\/p>\n

Afer 30 Days<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you don’t reject the goods within the first 30 days, and find a fault within the first six months of possessing your goods, you’ll need to give the retailer a chance to make a repair or replacement.\u00a0If that’s unsuccessful, you can then ask for a refund.<\/p>\n

Please note we will not exchange an item due to general wear and tear.<\/p>\n
